Following rapid growth in Türkiye and an expansion into the Balkan market with SWM Motors, ATMO Group is accelerating its efforts to establish Türkiye as a regional production hub. As a Türkiye-based company with global ambitions, ATMO Group has now taken a major step forward by signing a joint venture agreement with Urzema Holding, a well-established and respected industrial enterprise owned by the Öztürk family. Urzema Holding, with its extensive experience in the production of semi-trailers, truck superstructures, transport systems, and industrial equipment, will collaborate with ATMO Group to initiate the local manufacturing of SWM-branded vehicles. The production process is scheduled to begin by the end of the year. Further information regarding model lineup, production volumes, and employment opportunities will be shared in the coming months.
As one of the leading global automotive distribution and retail companies, ATMO Group has shown remarkable growth since entering the Turkish market in 2023. Quickly strengthening its presence in the local automotive sector, the group expanded into the Balkans through its collaboration with SWM Motors and continues to grow its footprint in markets including Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, and Albania. In the last quarter of this year, ATMO Group also plans to enter EU-member countries such as Greece and Bulgaria, further enhancing its regional presence.
This joint venture reflects ATMO Group’s long-term commitment to Türkiye and its vision to position the country not only as a key domestic market but also as a central production and export base for the wider region.

Target: Start of Production by Year-End
ATMO Group aims to begin production by the end of the year. While the initial focus will be on serving the domestic market, exports are also among the company’s strategic plans for the future. This move underscores the company’s view of Türkiye as a strategic and vital market and reflects its long-term commitment to the region.
Having entered the Turkish market at the end of 2023 with the SWM Motors brand, ATMO Group currently offers competitive SUV models including the G01, G01F, G03F, and G05 Pro, widely recognized for their strong price-performance ratio.
